What counts as a feature?

One complete thing your users can do, described in a word or two: accounts and login, payments, bookings, subscriptions, notifications, an admin dashboard. If it would be a line on your pricing page or an item in your main menu, it's a feature. Everything inside it counts as part of it (password reset is part of login, refunds are part of payments).
Do I need to understand code to work with you?

No. You approve a punch list written in plain English, you get progress updates in plain English, and you get a guide to your app you can actually read. The only technical thing we need from you is access to your project.
Whose code is it?

Yours. Your repos, your accounts, your domain, your data. We work in your project, not a copy we keep.
