When you provide your phone number and consent to receive messages (for example, through our website chat widget), Cogent Labs may send you SMS text messages related to:

Opt-out instructions

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and the A2P 10DLC framework established by U.S. mobile carriers.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text messaging services (such as our CRM and telephony providers) as necessary to deliver the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Services or messaging program for any unlawful purpose, and not to misrepresent your identity when engaging with us.

5. Limitation of liability

Cogent Labs provides its Services and messaging program on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cogent Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, Services, or messaging program.
